Today on August 22, 2026, the NYC Sangguniang Kabataan invited youth and hosted the “READY PH: Empowering Youth Leaders for Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Resilience” webinar from 1:00-4:00pm

Zeon L. Valdez, Project Evaluation Officer III, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, shared multiple insights and ideas into youth leadership, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience.

This session strengthened the knowledge and awareness of the SSG-JHS and many more young individuals on the importance of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management.

Bilang inyong mga kamag aral, hinihikayat namin kayong bawat mag-aaral na sabay-sabay nating pahalagahan ang ating wika’t kultura habang tinatanggap ang makabagong teknolohiya at gamitin Artificial Intelligence (AI) sa paggamit sa pagkatuto, paglutas ng mga problema, at paggawa ng mga desisyon.

This Monday, July 20, 2026, JHS-SSG has initiated on of their projects; Project Kalinga! This project aims for environmental awareness, anti-discrimination, waste segregation, and other environmental care with the help of posters and signs all over the JHS building. 😙

𝓒𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓾𝓼 𝓢𝓪𝓯𝓮𝓽𝔂: 𝓘𝓷 𝓕𝓸𝓬𝓾𝓼! 🚨

On Tuesday, July 9, 2026, PNP’s (Philippine National Police) Cavite Provincial Police conducted an orientation about campus safety and tackled the problem of bullying and cyber bullying being the cause of the recent school attacks in the Philippines.

Let this orientation serve as a reflection that our school should be a safe space, and an area where we are secured and away from harm.
