ANNOUNCEMENT: SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

Following the announcement from Malacanang, face-to-face classes are suspended today Friday, September 4.

Classes for students from PYP 2 through DP 2 will continue online, following the regular timetable.

Students are advised to log in to their official school email accounts for the necessary information and Google Meet links for their classes.

Separate arrangements will be made for EYP and PYP1 students, and parents will receive further information from the appropriate teachers.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we make yet another temporary adjustment. Offices will be open during office hours.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: CLASS SUSPENSION & PARENT ORIENTATION

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Members of the PCIS Community,

Following announcements from both the National Government and the Office of the City Mayor, face-to-face classes are suspended tomorrow, Thursday, August 20, due to the continuing adverse weather conditions.

Online Classes – Thursday, August 20
The school will continue with online classes following the schedules already provided to students. School offices will remain open during normal working hours.

Parent Orientation – Postponed
Given the possibility of extreme weather and our strong preference to hold the Parent Orientation face-to-face, the programme scheduled for tomorrow evening will be postponed to Friday, August 28, at 5:30 PM. We look forward to welcoming our parents to school under safer and, hopefully, much better weather conditions.

Friday, August 21 – National Special Non-Working Holiday
Please also be reminded that Friday, August 21 is a national special non-working holiday. There will therefore be no classes, either face-to-face or online, and all school offices will be closed.

We sincerely appreciate the patience, understanding, and flexibility of our students, parents, and staff during what has been a particularly wet and disrupted beginning to the school year.

Hopefully, after the long weekend, the weather will improve and we can finally return to our normal school routines.
