As part of our commitment to producing highly skilled and competent caregivers, our Batch 11 Caregiving students undergo Basic Nursing Skills (BNS) training designed to further enhance their knowledge, practical abilities, and confidence not only for their On-the-Job Training (OJT) but also for real-life duty as future caregivers.

This additional training focuses on emergency case situations and proper patient care, helping students develop the skills needed to respond effectively in actual caregiving environments. Through hands-on demonstrations and practical training, students gain valuable experience that prepares them for real-world healthcare settings.

The training is conducted by a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) degree and clinical instruction experience to ensure quality learning and proper guidance for every student.

This program helps ensure that our students become well-equipped, industry-ready, and globally competitive in the field of caregiving.

Our caregiving students confidently presented their reports on hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dementia—covering definitions, planning appropriate meal plans, and demonstrating the proper actions of a caregiver in real-life situations. They also shared their own stories and experiences, making their presentations more meaningful and relatable.

These are essential topics every caregiver must understand, especially since these conditions are commonly experienced by elderly patients. Through knowledge, compassion, and proper care, they are becoming more prepared to handle real-life responsibilities with confidence and professionalism.

As future caregivers of the world, they are not just learning skills—they are embracing a mission to provide quality care, promote well-being, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
