From our first outreach in 2024 to our second this year, the Joyful Volunteers of Imus (JOVI), the outreach team of Homeschool Global Imus, continues to serve with the same heart. 🧡💚💜
Last Monday, December 15, we were grateful to spend the morning with 30 children of river protectors and beach custodians from the Noveleta Mangrove Farmers Association in Noveleta, Cavite. Through learning materials, hygiene kits, shared meals, and time together, we were reminded that service is not about recognition, but about faithfulness and love offered to the Lord.
JOVI was named in honor of Jonathan “Jovi” Villote, whose life reflected serving others excellently, not for men, but for God. That same heart continues to guide how we serve our communities today.
All glory and praises to God.

Gloria in Excelsis Deo!

What a joy to gather as one HG Imus community and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. This year’s Christmas Gathering reminded us again that salvation is a gift God freely gave through Christ, our Savior and King.
Our celebration was made even more special by the performances of the Pre-School Learn Group, Taginting with Teacher Edz Castillo, the Biñan Kawayan Music Ensemble, the Restituted Poets Society, and the heartfelt music of Christoff Astoriano. We were also encouraged by the messages shared by HG Imus Hub Director Teacher Boots Villote, Regional Operations Manager of CCF South Luzon Mark Soliva, HGPH Community Manager Nikki Aguilar, and HGPH Managing Director Dr. Juancho Dulay-Barretto.
We also celebrate and congratulate all finishers of UPHOLD Book 1, our partnered Global Leadership Center (GLC) and HG Imus' biblical foundations program. Your desire to grow in faith is a huge encouragement to the whole community. Thanks also to GLC teacher/facilitators: Bros. Carlo Mercado, Dan Valle, Ranel Opleda, and Vlad Dungo.
A big thank you to our Family Advisors for their guidance and steady support all throughout the year. And a special shoutout to our high school volunteers from the High Unite Imus core team, Elijah, Xyna, and Cesca, for stepping up and serving with joy.
Thank you to every family, volunteer, and performer who made this gathering meaningful. Christ remains at the center of our homeschool community, and He is the reason we rejoice this season.

Hey, Fams of HG Imus! We are excited to celebrate the reason for the season with you at our upcoming Thanksgiving Party 2025 with the theme "Sinag ng Pag-asa at Pasasalamat: Si Hesus ang Liwanag ng Pamilya" happening on December 5, 2025, at CCF Imus from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Doors open at 9:30 AM, so please come early so we can all enjoy more time together.
One of our program highlights this year is a 45-minute musical treat from the Biñan Kawayan Music Ensemble, serenading us with well-loved Christmas carols and medleys. They will also be giving a live demo of bamboo instruments such as the angklung, gabbang, and bumbong, followed by an interactive moment where kids can try playing the instruments with the musicians. Do not miss this special celebration!

In observance of United Nations Month, HUSAY Outdoor hosted a Backyard Farming and Cooking Workshop at Little HQ Café, Kalikhasan Leisure Farm in Banaba Cerca, Indang, Cavite, in collaboration with DA-CARES (Department of Agriculture/Cavite Agricultural Research and Environmental Services) and Teacher-Mom Kaye Paras.
This initiative aims to inspire and empower families and children to grow their own food in their backyard or garden, prepare their own meals, nurturing a generation of holistically healthy individuals. 🌱🍲

Luke 2:52 tells us that “Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” As parents, this is also our prayer for our children, that they not only excel in knowledge but also grow in character, faith, and how they interact with others.
