Bukandala Elementary School Shares the Spirit of Giving Through Year End Gift Giving
Bukandala Elementary School (BES) proudly conducted its Year End Gift Giving Activity to bring joy, hope, and warmth to deserving learners as the year came to a close. The school implemented this meaningful initiative as part of Project TEACH, a continuing program that strengthens learner support and promotes holistic development.
Under the leadership of School Principal Maβam Gina U. Reyes, the school actively organized and supported the activity and ensured that learnersβ welfare remained a priority. Her guidance encouraged teachers to work together and extend care beyond the classroom.
Class advisers voluntarily sponsored the activity and took the lead in preparing and distributing the gifts. Through their generosity and commitment, they showed that teaching goes beyond classroom instruction and includes compassion, empathy, and genuine concern for learners.
The school identified deserving learners and ensured that each learner received a pack of spaghetti for Noche Buena, allowing families to celebrate Christmas with added joy.
Through this activity, Bukandala Elementary School strengthened the bond between teachers and learners and reinforced the value of bayanihan within the school community. As part of Project TEACH, the Year End Gift Giving reflected the schoolβs commitment to nurturing academic growth while promoting kindness, care, and social responsibility so that every learner feels remembered during the season of giving.
