𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩. 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭: ISAT U Dumangas joins the movement for a Greener Dumangas! 🌏

In line with the observance of Philippine Environment Month and World Environment Day, the ISAT U Dumangas teaching and non-teaching personnel, along with the officers and members from the Student Republic, College Red Cross Youth, and the Environment Club, participated in the municipal-wide plogging activity last June 5, 2026.

Kicking off the activity right from the ISAT U Dumangas campus, our team collected plastic waste and litter along the route as they made their way to the Public Plaza. We joined approximately 1,000 participants in this collective effort to promote environmental awareness and sustainability.

We are proud to announce that ISAT U Dumangas won 4th Place, bringing home a sack of rice after collecting a total of 79kg of trash!

Our school’s contribution was part of a massive community achievement that gathered a total of 1.8 tons of plastic waste. We are honored to be among the 82 participating groups that showed shared responsibility for our environment.

Congratulations to the LGU Dumangas for a successful celebration! Let’s continue taking steps toward a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. 💚
