📣📣𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐒𝐊𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐈𝐋𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 (𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐏) 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒
The Iloilo provincial government is again calling for interested applicants for its Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP).

ISIP is a four/five-year college scholarship implemented by the Iloilo Provincial Government through Executive Order No. 20 Series of 1996 which aims to assist poor but deserving students in the Province by providing them the opportunity to pursue college education.
𝐀 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟐𝟓 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟓 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED:
• 1st year college students with a Senior High School general weighted average (GWA)
of 93% and above.
• Applicant’s annual gross family income is not more than P180,000.00.
• Applicant must be a bona fide resident of the Province of Iloilo.
• Applicant must have good moral standing in the community.
• Applicants must have enrolled in any state university/college in Iloilo.

HOW TO APPLY:
I. For Online Application
A. Properly fill out the ISIP Application Form online via:
1.) Google Link https://forms.gle/zAm6J4FSbtrxFze57 or
2.) QR Code, scan
B. Upload the following required documents:
a. Senior High School Form 138;
b. Proof of Income (any of the following):
*Certificate of Indigency issued by the MSWDO
*Recent Parent/s Income Tax Return or
*Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
c. Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain;
d. University or College Registration Form (RF)
e. Picture of house:
*Inside view
*Outside front and
*Outside back;
f. Vicinity sketch of your residence (use landmarks) from the municipal town proper;
g. Copy of any Valid Identification Card (with picture and signature)
h. Recent 1x1 picture of the applicant.
II. For Walk-in Application
A. Properly filled out Application Form (can be secured from the ISIP Secretariat)
B. Attach the following required documents:
a. Senior High School Form 138;
b. Proof of Income (any of the following):
*Certificate of Indigency issued by the MSWDO
*Recent Parent/s Income Tax Return or
*Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
c. Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain;
d. University or College Registration Form (RF)
e. Picture of house:
1. Inside view
2. Outside front and
3. Outside back;
f. Vicinity sketch of your residence (use landmarks) from the municipal town proper;
g. Photocopy of any Valid Identification Card (with picture and signature)
h. Recent 1x1 picture of the applicant
