The University Student Electoral Committee proudly present the duly elected student leaders of the West Visayas State University Student Council for the Academic Year 2026 - 2027.
Out of 7,136 registered electorates, 4,408 students participated in the elections, recording a voter turnout of 61.77% valid votes. This yearโs electoral process reflects the strength of student leadership and unity within the university community in choosing a new generation of leaders committed to integrity, accountability, and continue to serve the welfare and interest of the studentry.
The USEC extends its sincere gratitude to all the students, candidates, partner organization, volunteers and university offices to the continued support in upholding the integrity, accuracy, impartiality in this democratic process.

The College of Communication Student Electoral Committee (COCSEC) formally presents the official results of the 2026 University Student Council and College of Communication Student Council Elections. Contained in this document are the consolidated and verified vote counts gathered through the official canvassing process conducted by the authorized election body.
