The College of Maritime Education proudly congratulates its dedicated faculty member, Dr. Roland John Cyril F. Emague, for having been recognized by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Region VI as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Maritime Employees 2026 last September 25, 2026.

The said recognition is associated with MARINA Regional Office VI and is presented in connection with the National Maritime Week activities. It honors individuals who have made notable contributions to the maritime industry in the region.

Moreover, this award recognizes exhibiting leadership and discipline of maritime employees, demonstrating the highest standards of selfless service to the Maritime Industry in Region VI.

For two decades of having shared commitment to excellence in maritime education and training, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University presented the BEACON (Building Excellence through Academe, Career Opportunities, and Networking) Award to PACC Shipping Philippines Inc., recognizing the company as one of its strong and reliable partners in the industry.

During the Partnership Recognition Ceremony, Dr. Ronald Raymond L. Sebastion, Chief Executive Officer of JBLFMU and Dr. Mary Lou L. Arcelo, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and President Emeritus of JBLFMU, presented the plaque and token to Capt. Andrian T. Ludovice, President of PACC Shipping Philippines Inc.

Subsequently, the Memorandum of Agreement was signed in order to solidify the continuous alliance and commitment between JBLFMU and PACC Shipping Philippines Inc.

The ceremony was also joined by the Principals of PACC Shipping Philippines Inc. including Mr. Jailani Musa, Assistant Manager; Mr. Ivan Koh, Assistant Manager; Ms. Sandy Cho, Deputy Manager; and Ms. Lim Gan Peng, Manager.

The said activity reinforces the joint dedication of JBLFMU and PACC Shipping Philippines Inc to providing quality maritime education, training, and pathways for future maritime professionals.
