The 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝟏 - 𝐀 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 took a break from the classrooms and headed to the streets of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐋𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐳 to join the off-campus activity of the 𝐖𝐕𝐒𝐔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 titled “𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭” on October 11, 2025, together with the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐁𝐒𝐇𝐌) and 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐁𝐀𝐁) — 𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐆, led by our adviser 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐨. Last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, six of our very own — 𝗔𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗮, 𝗔𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮, 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝘅𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗼, and 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗮 𝗢𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗼 — officially joined the 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗗𝗦𝗔) during the orientation held from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟭:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠. 💛

What began as an ordinary morning soon turned into a 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲. The new members of the organization got the chance to meet and bond with the other Student Ambassadors from the different college departments of 𝗪𝗩𝗦𝗨. The event oriented the new ambassadors regarding their 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀, and the 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 that the organization carries.

Although the orientation was cut short due to the 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 because of an earthquake, the day remains memorable — it marked the 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 of the new 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀.

𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 aren’t just student leaders; they are changemakers, serving as the 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 in advocating for 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 while championing the 𝟭𝟳 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗗𝗚𝘀). 🌱🌏

With 𝗕𝗔𝗝 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 stepping into this new chapter, the 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽, because every voice, every story, and every effort now contributes to something 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀.

It was indeed a happy Teachers’ Day as "Happy Teachers’ Day" was sung using the tone of the classic "Happy Birthday" song and was heard across the COC department. 🎂

Her love, care, and support for her advisory class were indeed the best things they could ever ask for. 🩷 With planning assistance from the Young Journalists’ Society, the surprise for Ma'am Rica, executed by BAJ 1-A, was a success.
