With this year’s theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangangalagaan,” our participants transformed their ideas into meaningful words and inspiring artworks highlighting the importance of proper nutrition while reminding us that caring for our health goes hand in hand with protecting our environment.

Public Hearing | June 24, 2026

On June 24, 2026, the CMCS Supreme Secondary Learner Government President and Vice President, together with their advisers, attended the Public Hearing on the Proposed Tricycle Fare Matrix Ordinance held at Brgy. Golgota Gymnasium, Janiuay, Iloilo.

The public hearing was conducted by the Committee on Transportation and Rules and authored by Hon. James Ian A. Adelantar. The event provided an opportunity for stakeholders and community members to discuss the proposed ordinance, promoting transparency, public participation, and informed decision-making.

As student leaders, we are grateful for the opportunity to witness and participate in this meaningful civic engagement, gaining valuable insights into the legislative process and the importance of community involvement.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Sangguniang Bayan of Janiuay for warmly welcoming and inviting us to be part of this significant public hearing.

Together, let us continue to foster responsible leadership, active citizenship, and a community where every voice matters. 💛💚
