𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

The Junior ISAT-U Management Executives (JIMEX), through a letter dated May 11, 2026, duly approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, informs the College of Global Business and Enterprise community that Mr. Silvino D. Parcon has been designated as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Governor of the College of Global Business and Enterprise during this period of transition, effective immediately.

This designation shall remain in effect until the election of the permanent College Student Council officers.

📌The College of Global Business and Enterprise warmly welcomed its newest students during the First-Year Students Orientation and Campus Tour held today.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗧 𝗨 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺

The journey continues!

Following the University Orientation, ISAT U's first-year students are invited to take part in the Program Orientation, Meet and Greet, and Campus Tour—an exciting opportunity to become more familiar with the University, connect with professors and student leaders, and explore the facilities that will support their academic journey.

Participants will be introduced to their respective colleges, curricular programs, student services, and key university offices while touring important campus landmarks, including the University Library, Research Hub, Student Services Building, Cultural Heritage and Educational Research Center (CHERC), and other essential learning spaces.

This activity is designed to help first year students feel more confident, informed, and connected as they begin their life as ISAT U Trailblazers.

We look forward to seeing all first-year students on their scheduled orientation date. Together, let's take the next step toward a meaningful and successful university experience.

𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗧 | CGBE Official Launching

Earlier this morning, Iloilo Science and Technology University officially launched the College of Global Business and Enterprise at the L-Building Grounds, ISAT U.

The program featured a Thanksgiving Mass, welcome remarks, the CGBE journey presentation, keynote message and official declaration of launch, unveiling of the CGBE marker, messages from University and CHED officials, and presentations from selected CGBE students.

This milestone marks a new chapter for the University in advancing business education, entrepreneurship, global competitiveness, and enterprise development.

Today, Iloilo Science and Technology University marked the official opening of the College of Global Business and Enterprise at the L‑Building grounds. The celebration included a thanksgiving mass, opening remarks, a narrative of the college’s development, a keynote address and formal declaration, the unveiling of the college marker, messages from university and CHED representatives, and special performances by CGBE students.

The new college will focus on practical, globally-minded education—combining business fundamentals with entrepreneurship training, industry partnerships, and opportunities for students to develop real-world projects. Its programs aim to equip graduates with the skills to compete internationally while supporting local enterprise growth in Western Visayas.

This launch represents an exciting step forward for ISAT U as it expands its offerings in business education, entrepreneurship, and global enterprise readiness. Congratulations to the new college and to everyone who made today possible!
