Following the successful conclusion of the Student Republic Elections at ISAT U Dumangas Campus, the Student Electoral Committee is proud to officially present to you the list of your newly elected officers!

π’ OFFICIAL: MITING DE AVANCE GUIDELINES π’
Good day, Tradeans!
To ensure an organized, fair, and meaningful program, the Student Electoral Committee officially releases the guidelines for our upcoming Miting de Avance tomorrow, May 18, 2026, at the Multi-Purpose Hall. This activity is part of the preparation for the Student Elections on May 20, 2026.
β REMINDER: ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS β
GENERAL RULES
- All candidates must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the program.
- Inappropriate behavior and use of offensive language are strictly prohibited at all times.
π€ FIRST ROUND: INDIVIDUAL SPEECHES
Time Limits:
β’ President & Vice President β Max. 5 minutes per candidate
β’ Senators & Department Governors β Max. 3 minutes per candidate
Rules:
β Speeches must focus only on platforms and proposed policies.
β Time limits are strictly observed.
β Candidates may speak in Hiligaynon, Tagalog, or English.
Order of Speeches:
1. Department Governors: BINDTECH β BSE β BSHM β BSIT β BTVTED
2. Batch Representatives (1st Year to 4th Year)
3. Senators (Alphabetical Order)
4. Vice President
5. President
SECOND ROUND: OPEN FORUM
β’ Total duration: 1 hour
β’ Questions will come from the Student Electoral Committee and students.
β’ Candidates must answer only the issue or question raised.
β’ Order of questioning: President β Vice President β Senators β Department Governors
For Candidates:
β 2 minutes allotted per answer
β Buzzer will sound when 30 seconds remain
β Microphone will be turned off once time is up
For Students asking questions:
You must state your: Full Name β Course/Year/Section β Question β Addressee (Candidate / Party)
LAST ROUND: CLOSING STATEMENT
β’ President and Vice President of each party will be given 2 minutes each for their closing remarks.
β’ Same time monitoring rules apply.

ποΈ TOMORROW May, 18 2026, 8 am - 12 noon is our Miting de Avance, and ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS!
This event will take place at the Multi-Purpose Hall, and this is your chance to get to know your aspiring student leaders better. You will hear their individual platforms, proposed projects, and plans for the student body. Youβll also witness the open forum segment, where candidates answer questions and clarify their visions, helping you make informed choices for the upcoming elections.
Everyone is expected to be present on time, observe proper behavior, and maintain order throughout the program. Your participation matters, as this event guides you in choosing the right leaders to represent you.

π’ OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: LAST DAY OF CAMPAIGN PERIOD π’
To all candidates, supporters, volunteers, and our whole school community:
Today is officially the FINAL and LAST day of the campaign period. After full review of rules and guidelines, NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED for this period.
All campaign activities β including public rallies, house visits, distribution of materials, social media promotions, and any efforts to influence votes β must stop completely by the end of today.
Letβs use the remaining hours to have respectful, honest, and meaningful conversations. As we move towards voting day, letβs all uphold fairness, order, and good conduct to keep this process credible and smooth for everyone.
