Sa bawat pagwagayway ng ating watawat, muling sumisibol ang alaala ng ating mga bayani—mga tinig ng tapang at pag-asa na tumindig sa dilim ng kahapon.
Hunyo 12, 1898—isang araw ng pagwawakas sa tatlong siglong pagkabusabos at simula ng ating pagiging tunay na malaya.

Ngunit hanggang ngayon, ang sigaw para sa tunay na pagbabago ay nananatiling buhay sa puso ng sambayanan. Walang pader o tanikala ang makakabigo sa mithiin ng isang lahing palaban at marunong manindigan.

Ngayong ika-127 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan, alalahanin natin ang apoy na sinindihan ng ating mga bayani—isang pamana ng dangal at dangal na tungkulin nating ipagpatuloy para sa kinabukasang makatarungan at malaya.

Mula sa buong pamunuan ng Midshipmen Officers of St. Therese, isang malaya at mapagpalang Araw ng Kalayaan sa ating lahat! 🇵🇭
