Students from the College of Criminal Justice at the University of San Agustin put their skills to the test with a Midterm Practical Activity on Fundamentals of Marksmanship at Mikey's Firing Range in Lanit, Jaro.
Under expert guidance, the students learned and practiced essential techniques including Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Trigger Control, and Gun Safety Rules. These skills are crucial for future law enforcement professionals, and this hands-on experience will help them become more effective and responsible practitioners.
A big thank you to our instructor and Mikey's Firing Range for providing a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow. ๐ช

๐๐๐๐ก๐ฒ๐๐๐จ๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ | The College of Criminal Justice of the University of San Agustin conducted a benchmarking activity with the Philippine National Police โ Regional Special Training Unit 6, led by PLTCOL Darwin D. Valderas, with the full support of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Regina Ayleen Mae Vergara.
The activity focused on the exchange of best practices in criminology education and law enforcement training, highlighting the Collegeโs curriculum alignment with CHED standards, teaching and learning methodologies, student development programs, and quality assurance mechanisms.
This initiative reflects the Universityโs continued commitment to academic excellence, outcomes-based education, and the formation of competent, ethical, and service-oriented criminology professionals.
