After a meticulous selection process and a successful start to a new Augustinian journey, the USA Student Affairs and Welfare Office officially presents the first batch of student volunteers for the USA Governance Innovation for Volunteer Education and Support (USAGIVES) Program!
These individuals were selected not only through Culture of Excellence and Good Governance, but also for their passion in Augustinian Formation and Mission. Following a rigorous interview round from a pool of passionate applicants last April 26, 2026, only a select few were selected to be part of USAGIVES and some were handpicked from the newly-elected USA Student Government - National Executive officers to lead our inaugural initiatives, bringing together a diverse set of passions and skills.
With Module 1: "Agustino Ako" already under their belts, these student leaders have begun their formal immersion and introduction towards the University's vision & mission, our core Augustinian values, and the seven Augustinian advocacies. They are no longer just applicantsโthey are now active partners in our mission to create a sustainable and lasting impact.
Join us in welcoming our new Augustinian volunteers as they embark on this transformative journey of mentorship and service! We canโt wait to see the impact theyโll make for the upcoming Academic Year 2026-2027! โค๐

The USA Student Affairs and Welfare Office continues to foster innovation through the Augustinian Passion Projects (APPS) on its twelfth (12th) year, proving that the Augustinian spirit is alive and evolving through our student leaders!
Just recently, thirty-seven (37) entries from the USA Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) were presented at the 4th Floor Learning Commons of the Fray Luis de Leon Hall, along with their strategic initiatives and aligned student-led goals with the Universityโs Vision-Mission and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Split into two specialized clusters, these projects represent the peak of the USA Leadership Effectiveness for Augustinian Discipleship and Service (USALEADS) Program for the Academic Year 2025-2026.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our judges and the USA Student Government for ensuring the success of these deliberations.
๐ Mark your calendars: The winners will be announced during the Gawad Agustino on May 29, 2026. See you at the USA Auditorium!
