Last January 26, ABC360 joined one of the biggest festivals in the Philippines, the Dinagyang Festival. The latter has been voted thrice as the best tourism event in the country. During its celebration, eight competing tribes showcased how Sto. Nino was introduced to Ilonggos and the arrival of Christianity in the province through their dance performances. Last Wednesday, November 27, 2019, ABC360 took part in the National Children's Month celebration. Hundreds of children from all over the city gathered at the Festive Walk Mall to experience one of the best days of their childhood. They were full; they had fun and they surely had a great time. Waves oflLaughter were heard and smiles were shared. It wasn't just a good day for the kids, it was also overwhelming to have been a part of such a joyous activity. A Thanksgiving Day Special Referral Program

Guidelines:

1. This program is open only for PHH under PHO Teachers.
2. Period Covered: November 27, 2019, to December 6, 2019
3. Each referred applicant who passed the second interview will be counted as 1 point.
4. Winners will be announced by RS on Dec 9, 2019.
5. Release of rewards will be scheduled by RS.

Incentives for Thanksgiving Special Referral Program:
1. 1 Gift Certificate worth 200 pesos for every referral who passed the 2nd interview
2. 1,000 pesos after the referral successfully passes the 15-day period under nesting coaching
3. 2,000 pesos if the referral reaches 3 months in PHH (based on the start-teaching date)
4. An additional 2,000 pesos if the referral reaches 6 months in PHH (based on the start-teaching date)

Additional Referral Benefits:

An equivalent monetary value will be given to the Top Employee Referees.

Top 1- 1000
Top 2- 800
Top 3- 500

Requirements:

If there are 10-20 passed applicants, only Rank 1 will be determined.
If there are 21-49 passed applicants, Rank 1 and Rank 2 will be determined.
If there are 50 and above passed applicants, Rank 1, Rank 2 and Rank 3 will be determined.

Notes:

1, If either the referrer or the referral resigns or is terminated in the process, he or she can’t get further incentives.
2, Referral’s seniority is based on the start-teaching date.
3, Referrals should fill in tutor ID of the referrer when registering on the website, otherwise it shall not be counted as a passed referral.
