Qualifications for TESDA Scholarship:
-Must have an Android/Smart Phone/ Laptop for online class and Facial recognition for Time In and Time out of every class
-Must have stable internet connection for entire training for TESDA BSRS (Biometric enabled Scholarship Registration System) all will be through Facial Recognition via TESDA BSRS
-Must have completed at least High School Graduate/ALS Graduate
-College Graduate is allowed if TESDA Scholarship id TWSP (Training for Work Scholarship Program)
-Strictly for unemployed and not a student (if found out (student/employed esp gov't employee) you will reported and blacklisted to TESDA)
-A Filipino Citizen of at least 18 years old at the start of the training
