FAQs – Completion Exams

1. What should I do if I have an INC (Incomplete) grade?

You must contact your department immediately to express your intention to apply for a completion exam. They will guide you on the next steps.

2. How do I verify my grades for the completion exam?

Visit the Registrar's Office – Window 5 and request a Verification Form. Fill it out completely and return it to the same window for checking.

3. Is there a payment required for the completion exam?

Yes. After your verification form is checked, present it to the School Cashier and pay the ₱75.00 fee for the completion exam.

4. What do I do after paying the fee?

Bring your receipt and the verified form back to the Registrar's Office to fill out the Completion Form. Submit the filled-out form to the person-in-charge at the window.

5. When and where will the completion exam be held?

Once you’ve submitted your Completion Form, coordinate with your department to get the schedule and details for your completion exam.

For those who have already submitted their online registration for WITCAT but haven't received their confirmation message yet, we advise you to check your email's spam folder or visit the WIT Admissions and Screening Committee directly at the entrance lobby of the WIT Main Campus to confirm your testing date and kindly pay your WITCAT Fee at the School Cashier before taking your test.

Note: Only the first 100 applicants per session will be accommodated. Kindly check the green dates to choose your preferred examination date. Please refer to the WITCAT calendar for further details.

Here are the REQUIREMENTS for the WIT College Admission Test (WITCAT):

2️⃣ Official receipt of the ₱100.00 WITCAT fee (pay at the school cashier’s window)
3️⃣ Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID pictures (colored, white background)
4️⃣ Pencil, eraser, and sharpener
5️⃣ Snacks and water – feel free to bring your own for your comfort during the exam
