A FEMALE-ONLY boarding house situated in the area of Barangay, Mambatad (along the highway of Miagao to San Joaquin) , and conveniently close to the School of Technology at the University of the Philippines Visayas, WAL3 Boarding House offers a tranquil and stylish retreat exclusively for female college students. With its charming beach house vibe, WAL3 combines coastal aesthetics with a comfortable living environment.

Exterior & Location: WAL3 features a classic beach house design with a light and airy façade. The building is adorned with soft, sandy tones and a hint pale blues, complemented by natural wood accents that evoke the feeling of a seaside escape. Although there’s no front garden, the exterior still captures a relaxed beach house aesthetic, reflecting its coastal inspiration. The proximity to the university ensures an easy commute while providing a calming retreat from the bustling campus life.

Interior & Common Areas: Upon entering WAL3, residents are greeted by an interior that seamlessly captures the essence of a beach house. The common areas are decorated with a beach-inspired color scheme—soft whites, gentle blues, and sandy beiges. The living room features comfortable, light-colored furniture and nautical-themed décor, including shells and inspiring quotes to uplift students. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, enhancing the relaxed and open feel.

Private Rooms: Each room at WAL3 is designed to offer a private single occupant environment. Rooms are furnished with a combination of Ratan and bamboo. Large windows with sheer curtains allow for abundant natural light, enhancing the room’s airy and peaceful ambiance.
