To ensure a smooth and hassle-free enrollment experience, please carefully follow the step-by-step enrollment procedures. Prepare all necessary requirements in advance and visit the designated offices in the proper order.

📌 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

✔️ Upon receiving your admission code, log in to your student portal and complete the online registration form. Make sure to upload clear copies of the following requirements:
• 2x2 ID Picture
• Electronic Signature (E-signature)
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Report Card/Form 137

✔️ Pay the required down payment for your tuition fee through the designated payment channels. After payment, upload a copy of your official receipt or proof of payment to your student portal for verification.
✔️ Once your registration requirements and payment have been successfully uploaded, proceed to the Admission Office for the evaluation and approval of your application.
✔️Secure your Registration Form (RF) from your respective department.
✔️Present your Registration Form to the Business Office for verification and signature.
✔️ Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the signing of your Registration Form, then submit all the necessary enrollment requirements.
✔️Proceed to the Library located on the 3rd Floor of the NAB Building.
✔️ Head to the Clinic to fill out the Student Health Record form. Don't forget to bring your long white folder.
✔️Proceed to the Guidance Office to fill out the Individual Inventory Form
✔️Visit the Office of Student Affairs for your ID processing. You will receive a QR Code for ID application—simply follow the instructions provided.
✔️Proceed to the NSTP Office and pay ₱250 for your NSTP shirt.
✔️ Head back to your department for enrollment confirmation. You are now officially enrolled!

✔️Complete and secure all required signatures on your clearance. Submit it to your respective department to obtain your Registration Form.
