The journey of servant leadership begins with preparation, and 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗕𝗢𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘄𝗮 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟰 continues to empower the student leaders of the Province of Arts and Sciences with the knowledge and skills needed to lead with confidence and purpose.

Throughout the seminar, officers from the college's academic organizations participated in insightful learning sessions, including 𝗖𝗔𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧: 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗞𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗞𝗮, which emphasized safety awareness and preparedness; 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲, which reinforced responsible financial stewardship and transparency; and 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, which provided practical strategies for transforming ideas into meaningful and impactful initiatives.

Leaders who are prepared to serve, empowered to act, and inspired to make every initiative count.
