Leptospirosis is a bacterial infection spread through floodwater contaminated by animal urine (especially rats). It can become serious if not treated early! ⚠️

✅ Avoid wading through floodwater as much as possible
✅ Wear rubber boots & protective gear if exposure is unavoidable
✅ Cover all cuts/wounds with waterproof bandages before going out
✅ Wash with soap & clean water immediately after flood exposure
✅ Keep surroundings clean & free from rodents
✅ Drink safe/boiled water — avoid contaminated sources
