Assessments are critical in providing evidence of learning. When designed appropriately, they can inform instructional decisions. However, with AI assisting in coursework completion, assessments may not accurately reflect student capabilities. With AI constantly evolving, the issue is not how to combat its entry in the classroom. Rather, the focal discussion should be around redefining the assessment protocols that foster learnerโs growth while leveraging AI.
