This program is designed to help learners strengthen their academic skills and explore their talents during the summer break.

Starting April 15, 2026, we will begin administering entrance examinations for:

Incoming Grade 1 Pupils

Transferees (Grades 2 to 6)

📝 Application Requirements
To secure an exam slot, please prepare the following documents:

PSA Birth Certificate (Original)

Recent 2x2 ID Pictures (2 copies)

Report Card (Form 138/SF9)

Good Moral Character Certificate (For transferees).

🏫 How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the CPU Elementary School Principal’s Office (Documents Room) to fill out the admission form.

Step 2: Pay the testing fee at the University Cashier.

Step 3: Present your receipt at the Elementary Office to get your scheduled exam date and time.

Note: Testing slots are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early application to ensure your preferred schedule.
