Welcome to CERTC our new CE Program Coordinator and Full-time Lecturer, Engr. Josh Ezra A. Parpa!

He completed his Grade School at Solomon Integrated School De Iloilo, finished Junior High School at Calvary Baptist Academy of Pontevedra Inc., and graduated Senior High School at Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School. He earned his college degree from Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod and is now a Newly Registered Civil Engineer.

As our newest instructor, he is now ready to teach, guide, and help future engineers achieve their dreams!

We are delighted to welcome you, your talent, and your skills to the team! ✨
