The Upsilon Phi Sigma Fraternity and Sorority – Aklan Provincial Executive Council transforms unselected ukay-ukay clothing into handcrafted doormats and pot holders—creating sustainable livelihood while promoting environmental responsibility. More than a livelihood project, it is a testament that genuine service empowers communities through creativity, compassion, and innovation.
