To welcome our Grade 10 learners into the new academic year, this psychosocial activity entitled “𝑀𝒶𝓉𝒽 𝒾𝓃 𝑀𝓎 𝒲𝑜𝓇𝓁𝒹 𝒞𝑜𝓁𝓁𝒶𝑔𝑒” serves as their first learning engagement for School Year 2025–2026. It aims to ease learners into the school environment while fostering creativity, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection with the subject of mathematics.

Mathematics is everywhere—in our homes, communities, interests, and everyday routines. This activity invites students to reflect on how math appears in their own world, using visuals, drawings, and magazine cut-outs to create a collage that expresses the relevance of math in their personal experiences.

Through this creative process, learners are not only able to showcase their individuality but also develop a more positive outlook on math as something relatable and meaningful. It is a fun and thoughtful way to begin the school year with confidence, collaboration, and inspiration.
