Gaganapin ito sa 𝐢𝐤𝐚-𝟏𝟗–𝟐𝟎 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 sa 𝐂𝐓𝐄 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐖𝐕𝐒𝐔, 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, na may temang “Palihan at Pagsasanay sa Korespondensiya Opisyal.”

Sa loob ng dalawang araw, tatalakayin ang EO 335, Ortograpiyang Pambansa, paghahanda ng korespondensiya opisyal, at introduksiyon sa pagsasalin bilang pagtugon sa mga probisyon ng RA 7104 at EO 335 sa pagpapalakas ng paggamit ng wikang Filipino sa opisyal na komunikasyon.

𝗪𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲-𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲

Strengthening its commitment to internationalization and global citizenship, the West Visayas State University (WVSU) delegation has arrived in Pune, India, for a 15-day mobility and cultural exchange program under the e-Bridge Intercultural Digital Learning initiative, scheduled from February 12 to 27, 2026.

Leading the team is Dr. Antoniette D. Cortez, Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence and International Program Coordinator, along with e-Bridge teacher-volunteers: Chia Camelle C. Guillen and Louis Kenneth T. Visaya, both fourth-year BSED English students who began their e-Bridge journey as first-year volunteers, and Ann Mariel T. Ebiota, a second-year BSED English student.

The three volunteers were selected by Reeves Rodrigues, founder of Poveda Foundation India and e-Bridge India coordinator.

The mobility program offers an opportunity for meaningful face-to-face interactions with partner learners, enabling volunteers to gain deeper cultural insights, refine teaching strategies, and enhance the impact of their virtual engagements.

Since its launch in 2022, the WVSU e-Bridge Intercultural Digital Learning Program has grown into a dynamic platform for global collaboration. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between WVSU and Education for an Interdependent World (EDIW), represented by WVSU President Dr. Joselito F. Villaruz and Dr. Emma T. Melgarejo, EDIW Project Coordinator for Asia and America, on behalf of EDIW President Dr. Julia Maria González Ferreras of Brussels, Belgium.

This international engagement is part of Phase Eight of the EDIW e-Bridge Program, reinforcing the WVSU–EDIW partnership and its commitment to global citizenship education and borderless learning.

They say that time flies, but for the WVSC Batch '76, it was like they never left. After five decades of navigating life’s different paths, our beloved alumni returned to their roots for a golden reunion that was anything but quiet!

The CTE Main Hall was filled with nostalgia today as the "Golden Jubilarians" proved that age is truly just a number. It was a day of pure energy, where heart-pounding games brought back everyone's competitive spirit and lively dance performances proved they’ve still got the moves. Between the cheers and the music, the room was overflowing with non-stop laughter as memories from 1976 were retold and cherished once again.

Half a century of life may have passed, but their bond remains as vibrant as ever. Welcome home, Batch '76—thank you for showing us that the best memories never grow old!

On the third day of the Final Exams, the Grinch thought that the Taga-West would be too tired to be on guard—that he could finally steal someone's Christmas break.🎄

But once again, 𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒅.

Earlier, as the Grinch took a peek at the CTE Study Hall, he found everyone still studying, reviewing, and pushing through their deadlines. This made the Grinch grumpy, of course. He just couldn't seem to steal anything from you.

But beneath that grumpiness, he's a teeny-weenie-bit 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, Taga-West. Deep down, he knows that your hard work will someday pay off.💚✨

He found reviewers, highlighters, and students powering through their notes (including a few brave souls who were clearly running on caffeine after pulling all-nighters). 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝐨𝐫 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅.😵‍💫
