After two days of purposeful learning and self-development, the 2nd-Year BSBA BPO Soft Skills Seminar-Workshop has officially concluded! From refining personalities to mastering time management, building positive attitudes, and managing stress, students have powered through sessions designed to sharpen their edge in the world of customer service.

As the final gear clicked into place, the event wrapped up with a meaningful moment of recognition—awards were given to outstanding participants and hardworking committee members whose dedication helped drive the event’s success. Their efforts ensured a smooth and impactful experience for everyone involved.

The BINHI TBI Function Hall comes alive as the first batch of 2nd Year BSBA students step into a world of growth and transformation—eager and dressed for success! With confidence and curiosity, participants gather to take on the day’s first session led by our esteemed guest speaker, Ms. Rowena “𝘔𝘢’𝘢𝘮 𝘞𝘦𝘯𝘨” Diaz, focusing on Personality Development and Attitude Building.

Guided and supported by the ever-dedicated BPO adviser, Ma’am Richel Jacela, and graced by the presence of our highly respected College Dean, Dr. Raymund B. Moreno, this two-day journey promises to spark professionalism, polish communication, and prepare students for the demands of the business world.
