Suspension of Face-to-Face Classes, Office Operations, and Learning Continuity Measures
In compliance with Executive Order No. 007, Series of 2026, issued by the City Government of Iloilo in relation to safety, traffic management, and public order measures during the 2026 Dinagyang Festival, and as directed by the School Administration, the following shall be observed:

3. Alternative Delivery Mode and Learning Continuity
To ensure continuity of learning and completion of required contact hours, faculty members are authorized to implement Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM) on applicable dates. These may include:
- Online classes
- Modular or guided learning activities
- Readings, take-home tasks, or equivalent academic requirements
Faculty members are directed to inform their students of the adopted modality through official communication channels. Students are advised to regularly monitor announcements from their instructors.
This issuance is made in the interest of the safety, security, and general welfare of the entire school community.

Grace and peace to the entire PEII Family.
As we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we thank God for His unfailing guidance and blessings upon the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. Throughout the year, He has sustained our institution, strengthened our people, and allowed us to continue our mission of service through education.
This Christmas season comes after our celebration of the 41st Foundation Anniversary, with the theme โEmpowering Skills, Building Futures.โ We acknowledge that every achievement, every success, and every opportunity to serve is made possible by Godโs grace. Resumption of Face-to-Face Classes โ November 26, 2025
Based on the latest advisory from the Iloilo City Government and the recommendation of the Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center, the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII) announces the resumption of all face-to-face classes starting tomorrow, November 26, 2025.
According to the City Government, the weather situation in Iloilo City has stabilized, and the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 has been lifted, making it safe for students to return to school.
Normal school operations shall resume, and all students, faculty, and staff are expected to follow regular schedules. The PEII Office and all services will operate as usual.
Let us continue to remain alert and mindful of safety reminders, especially during the rainy season.

Class Suspension and ADM Implementation โ November 25, 2025
Following the latest advisories from PAGASA and the Iloilo City Government, the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII) announces the following:
All face-to-face classes on November 25, 2025, are suspended in compliance with the recommendation of the Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center, due to Tropical Depression VERBENA and the issuance of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1, which is expected to bring moderate to heavy rainfall from morning until afternoon.
All programs shall shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) to maintain academic continuity. Faculty are instructed to deliver lessons online or distribute learning materials asynchronously. Students should monitor their class group chats and the official PEII page for instructions.
The office will remain open to accommodate transactions, including student services and administrative concerns.
This precaution is taken due to the anticipated sustained rainfall, possible flooding, and strong gusty winds. Everyone is advised to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary travel, and follow safety protocols.

EXTENSION OF CLASS SUSPENSION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADM โ NOVEMBER 10 & 11, 2025
In light of the pronouncements of the Office of the President through Memorandum Circular No. 106 s. 2025, and the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), the earlier announcement regarding the suspension of face-to-face classes at the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII) is hereby extended until Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
๐น Key Adjustments for PEII Students and Faculty
All face-to-face classes on Monday, November 10, and Tuesday, November 11, are suspended.
Classes will be conducted through Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM):
Faculty shall provide lessons online or asynchronously.
Students should monitor class group chats and the PEII official page for instructions.
The extension ensures the safety and welfare of the PEII community while maintaining learning continuity during the effects of Super Typhoon Uwan ( ).

Following the official announcement of class suspension in all levels within Iloilo City due to the effects of Typhoon , the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII) shall suspend all face-to-face classes tomorrow, Monday, November 10, 2025.
This decision is in compliance with the advisory issued by the Iloilo City Government and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) to ensure the safety and welfare of all students, faculty, and staff.
In light of this, all classes will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) for the day. Faculty members are instructed to conduct lessons or provide learning materials online or asynchronously, while students are advised to monitor their class group chats for further instructions.
Coming shortly after the recent weather disturbance brought by Typhoon Tino, this measure is taken to maintain learning continuity while prioritizing the safety of the PEII community.

RESUMPTION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES โ NOVEMBER 6, 2025
With thanks to Almighty God for keeping our PEII community safe during the recent weather disturbance brought by Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi), and following the improvement of conditions as confirmed by PAGASA and the Local Government Unit (LGU), the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII) is pleased to announce the resumption of regular face-to-face classes tomorrow, Thursday, November 6, 2025.
All students and faculty members are advised to return to their normal class schedules as we officially commence the Second Semester.
Faculty who conducted Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) orientations or activities during the suspension period are requested to submit documentation and coordinate necessary adjustments with their respective Program Heads and the Registrar to ensure proper academic recording.
As we resume our academic journey, let us also offer prayers for those communities and families affected by Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi). May God grant them comfort, strength, and swift recovery.

POSTPONEMENT OF SECOND SEMESTER OPENING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADM
In view of the latest PAGASA Weather Advisory forecasting heavy rainfall and possible flooding across the region, and in line with the safety measures of the Professional Electronics Institute, Inc. (PEII), the supposed opening of the Second Semester scheduled tomorrow, November 4, 2025, is hereby postponed.
To ensure continuity of learning, Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) shall be implemented tomorrow, November 4, 2025, for all year levels. Faculty members are instructed to conduct their class orientations via online.
Students are advised to monitor their class group chats, and the PEII official page for learning materials and further instructions.
Regular face-to-face classes shall resume once weather conditions improve and an official announcement is released by the School President, following updates from PAGASA and the Local Government Unit (LGU).
Everyone is advised to stay safe, remain indoors, and continue monitoring official weather and school advisories.
