It was great to see everyone at the RTS Campus Conference Room presenting the new systems in their portfolios. 𝗕𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀.

Remember, this is just 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Think of this presentation as a 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲, and there is still so much more to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 as you continue your course.

Attention all students! The 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 will take place on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟎–𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔and 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟔–𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, from 𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 only, at 𝐂𝐁 𝟑𝟔

Students are required to complete the clearance process within the given schedule. This includes settling all remaining balances at the Cashier, securing and properly filling out the clearance form from Accounting, and proceeding through the required offices for signatures—RTS Library, Chemistry Laboratory (Main Campus), Supplies & Inventory Office (Main Campus), and the Department Office for final approval. Attendance records must also be prepared for 𝐏𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐒 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, noting that absences may have corresponding sanctions.

Once all signatures are completed, students must return to the Accounting Office to claim their 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭.
