Prompted with POI's and For and Against Speeches like that from SAAMI Council in which the delegate incited Bloc Solid's Clause 1 asking "How is it practical to establish an operational multinational hub that requires seamless, real-time collaboration with nations currently under sanctions, such as Russia's operation of the Murmansk SAR Center, as cited in the resolution?" To which then the Russian Federation countered that Autonomous Treaty Systems are to be uniformalize for the application and effectiveness of the treaty across all signatory states, preventing states from limiting the treaty's obligations by relying on restrictive domestic definitions.
As the session draw to a close, The "Bloc Solid" successfully garnered votes from state countries, announcing that their drafted resolution PASSED which gives them the opportunity to present at the very last plenary of the 7th SAMUN.
