Like moths chasing the moonlight, we entered college with trembling hearts and pockets full of dreams, not knowing how far the road would stretch beneath our weary feet. Four years later, we now stand at the edge of becoming educators, stitched together by sleepless nights, lesson plans written at midnight, research papers drowned in revisions, shaky demonstrations, nervous presentations, and prayers whispered between deadlines.

Our journey was never all sunshine and smooth waters. There were days when our minds felt like crashing waves, when exhaustion knocked louder than motivation, and when self-doubt sat quietly beside us in every classroom. Yet, through every storm, we learned how to dance in the rain. We discovered that teaching is not confined within the four corners of a room, it lives in patience, in compassion, in every effort to make someone feel seen, heard, and capable of learning.

From building instructional models with our own hands, exploring the wonders of science, standing before students with voices trembling yet determined, and carrying the responsibility of shaping young minds, we slowly became mosaics of discoveries, formed by every mistake, triumph, sacrifice, and lesson life handed us.

This video is more than a presentation; it is a time capsule of growth, resilience, laughter, tears, and purpose. A reminder that before we pursue different paths in life, we were once students trying to keep our candles burning against the wind.

And now, as we prepare to step beyond these hallways, may we continue becoming luminaries, not just teachers who transfer knowledge, but lights that kindle hope, ignite curiosity, and leave footprints in the hearts of every learner we meet. ✨

These are the questions we often hear whenever people ask about BSNED TDHL. And honestly, before entering our teaching internship, we also thought that this journey would mainly revolve around learning sign language and applying teaching strategies. But our teaching internship journey made us realize that this program is far deeper than that.

The theories we once read in textbooks slowly turned into real experiences inside the classroom. The lesson plans we carefully prepared, the strategies we practiced, and the concepts we memorized were tested through actual teaching situations. We learned that not every strategy works the same for every learner, and sometimes the best lessons come from adjusting, improving, and trying again.

Our internship journey taught us how to adapt to different classroom environments, communicate beyond spoken words, and become more creative and flexible in delivering lessons. There were moments when we had to modify activities, simplify instructions, and find new ways to keep our learners engaged and comfortable. Little by little, those experiences helped us grow not just as future teachers, but as individuals who learned the value of patience, empathy, and understanding.

Yes, our program may seem unique because not everyone gets to experience a language expressed through hands, facial expressions, and silent connection. And no, sign language is not easy—it requires dedication, consistency, and heart.
