This serves as a guide for our interns, cooperating schools, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure a well-organized, meaningful, and enriching internship experience.

This calendar highlights key schedules, milestones, and important activities designed to strengthen professional competence, classroom readiness, and values formation of our future educators.

We encourage all interns to take note of the important dates, stay informed, and actively participate in every phase of the internship journey. Let us work together toward a successful and transformative year of teaching and learning.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿

Our Teaching Internship Orientation closed the last event of the day, and it felt like the perfect moment to pause and take in everything we’ve learned and prepared for. Through the guidance of our speakers and coordinators, we were reminded that teaching is more than tasks and schedules. It is patience, compassion, and the courage to show up for our learners every single day.

As we wrapped up, the mix of nerves and excitement became clearer. Meeting our mentors, understanding what lies ahead, and hearing the encouragement shared throughout the orientation made the journey feel real and within reach. This final event wasn’t just an ending. It was the beginning of the path we’ve been building toward. Tomorrow, we step forward carrying the lessons, trust, and inspiration this day has given us.

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

Our aspiring educators came together to learn, reflect, and connect — marking the beginning of a meaningful new journey. We were reminded once again that teaching is more than instruction, it is inquiry, courage, and heart. Our speaker, Dr. Donne Jone Sodusta walked us through the world of Action Research not as a mere academic requirement, but as a living commitment to understanding our learners more deeply and transforming our classrooms with purpose.

We extend our gratitude to all our speakers, mentors, and participants for making this event both enriching and inspiring. You exemplified what it means to teach with purpose and heart.

May we carry forward the insights, values, and excitement we’ve gained as we continue this path with confidence and purpose.

The College of Education will conduct a Classroom-Based Action Research (CBAR) Training and Workshop for all 4th Year Students and CBAR Advisers on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The workshop aims to strengthen the research competence of our pre-service teachers. All 4th year students and CBAR advisers are enjoined to attend this whole-day activity. CBAR advisers are also requested to guide and orient their advisees on the schedule, expectations, and important reminders.

Your cooperation is vital in ensuring a smooth and organized conduct of the activity as part of our collective commitment to enhance the research skills of future educators.
