On this special day, we honor a woman whose steady hand and quiet resolve held the Bar Operations together when the pressure was at its peak. She stood at the center of long nights, unanswered questions, and wavering confidence, turning uncertainty into direction and fatigue into purpose. Every plan bore her imprint, every success echoed her guidance, and every challenge was met because she was there.

Happy birthday to our BAR MOWM, whose leadership did not seek attention, yet without it, nothing would have stood.
