✅ - Wifi in the room and public spaces available for a FEE.
✅ - Visitors upto 11pm only.
✅ - No male visitors in the room.
✅ - No visitor sleep over (except parents and siblings during special event like graduation etc.).

✅ - Keycard Access System for main door.
✅ - Phone Call Access System to automatically open the gate.
✅ - For fire safety reason and foul smell in the room, NO cooking in the room except rice cooker.
✅ - Cooking allowed at the dirty kitchen. For fire safety reasons, NO bringing of stoves in the room. Portable stoves must be left in the dirty kitchen.
✅ - No laundry in the room to avoid inconvenience to your room mate who may use the CR anytime.
✅ - Laundry allowed near the jetmatic hand pump at the front and back area.
✅ - Affordable Laundry Shop at lower floor for your convenience.
✅ - Common living room.
✅ - Common dining room.
✅ - Rooftop for studying and relaxing.
✅ - 24/7 Security camera in public spaces.
✅ - One month advance only. We DO NOT collect deposit.
✅ - Most importantly, good and approachable Landlord.

To our dear tenants,

Please be informed that our Phone Call to open the gate system is not functional due to defective Power Supply unit. New spare part has been ordered from Lazada and is expected to arrive by July 9-13. Rest assured the system will be back to normal within these dates.
