Deciphering OPMS Payment History and Reinstatement

Mayroon tayong three important date columns sa OPMS payment history: Date Paid, Due Date, at Next Due Date.

Simple lang ang kahulugan na mga ito.
-- Date Paid ( kung kailan nag-bayad )
-- Date Due ( kung kailan dapat nag-bayad )
-- Next Due Date ( kung kailan dapat ang sunod na bayad )

Dito sa example natin, ang naka green na dates ay para sa ikalawang installment. Sa row ng unang installment, nakalagay na Next Due Date ay 08/08/2019 o August 8, 2019.

Sa row ng ikawalang installment, makikita natin na Date Paid 08/06/2019 (nagbayad) para sa Due Date na 08/08/2016 (dapat magbayad on or before due date). Ang Next Due Date ay 09/08/2019 ( dapat na sunod na bayad, naka red box).

Sa row ng ikatlong installment, makikita natin na Date Paid 11/29/2019 (nagbayad) para sa Due Date ng 09/08/2019 (dapat magbayad). Ito ay late ng 82 days kaya lapsed na ang plan, at ang bayad niya ay "Deposit Only" at hindi pwedeng ma-consider na 3rd payment.

Kailangan mag-reinstate muna bago ma-post ang payment.
Fill up the reinstatement form, choose reinstatement option (update or redate).

Kung update option, kailangan mag-request munaa ng computation of interests due, then submit form with proof of payment for (1) P300, (2) all premiums due and (3) interests due.

Kung redate option, then submit form with proof of payment for (1) P300 and (2) one premium payment. Contestability period will restart.

Laging mag-bayad bago mag-due date, para hindi mag-lapse ang plan!
