Dean Rioga brings with him over 17 years of unwavering dedication to the academe, along with a decade of dynamic leadership as Program Head for Hospitality and Tourism Management programs. His impressive credentials as a Doctor of Developmental Management and Certified Hospitality Educator reflect not only academic excellence but also his commitment to shaping future leaders in service, travel, and hospitality.

With his visionary leadership, passion for education, and deep industry insight, Dean Rioga is set to lead the College into a bold, innovative, and globally competitive future.

This is a new chapter filled with promise, purpose, and progress, and we couldn’t be more excited to have Dean Rioga at the helm!
