Are you a results-driven Civil Engineer ready to take the lead on a significant new development? We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to oversee the construction of a four-storey facility and ensure excellence from groundbreaking to completion.

If you have a sharp eye for details, a commitment to professional ethics, and the leadership skills to manage a dynamic site team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Direct daily operations to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

- Technical Oversight: Ensure all structural and architectural specifications are met with precision.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of safety and structural integrity throughout the build.

- Team Leadership: Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Board Passer).

- Proven experience in building construction (multi-storey projects preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- A values-based approach to project management and professional conduct.
