YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS: BREAK THE STIGMA
“Okay lang mapagod. Pahinga ka muna" ❤️🩹
High school gets overwhelming, and carrying heavy feelings alone can be exhausting. This September, in observance of Su***de Prevention Month, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Ajuy National High School is here to remind you: your mental health will always matter.
PAHUWAY LANG—It’s okay to pause when you feel drained. Rest isn't quitting, it's giving yourself room to breathe.
PAMANGKOT KAG MAGPAMATI— Check in on your friends. A simple "Kamusta ka?" or taking time to listen can mean the world to someone who's struggling.
MAGPANGAYO BULIG—Reaching out to a counselor, teacher, or trusted peer is a sign of strength, never a weakness.
Let’s tear down the stigma together and build a school where no learner feels invisible. You are seen, you are valued, and your story isn't over yet. 🌿
