On Sep 20, 2026, the CSJ PTA brought together its Homeroom PTA Presidents and Board Officers for a transformative Leadership Formation under the theme, โ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ท๐ฆ, ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต: ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ข ๐๐ต๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ.โ
The morningโs key takeaways and event highlights centered around one core mission: strengthening our protective village.
Expert guest facilitators led thought-provoking sessions designed to equip parent leaders with practical communication tools. Through active listening and collaborative conflict resolution, the participants learned how to act as effective bridges between the school and families, establishing open channels of mutual trust to address issues before they turn into crises.
Going beyond theory, the formation challenged participants to internalize what leadership truly demands.
Parents took home a renewed understanding of the real meaning of service: learning the value of putting others above self, taking proactive initiative, making quick and grounded decisions under pressure, and practicing effective communication at every level.
Discussions emphasized that protecting our youth requires an active, vigilant parent-teacher partnership. By tightening our ties and looking out for one another, we reinforce CSJโs Culture of Care, ensuring no child feels invisible or unsupported.
Beyond the deep discussions, parent leaders enjoyed a shared lunch and brought home exciting prizes and BINGO cards.
As the session drew to a close, parent leaders left with a renewed sense of purpose and unity.
True leadership is about service. And our greatest service is safeguarding the sanctuary of our children's future together.
