𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐌 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 ⚔️

The Strategic Management Plan presentation, titled "𝗦𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝘇𝘂 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻," for the BA 218A Final Project, was successfully conducted by the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) 4-A students of West Visayas State University (WVSU) at the Lopez Jaena Hall. The program commenced with the welcome remarks of the Associate Dean, officially setting the tone for the highly anticipated showdown.

Centered on the homegrown brand Fiesta Philippines, the student presenters demonstrated analytical depth and tactical foresight. Elevating the academic exercise to a real-world boardroom experience, the students pitched their proposed strategies directly to the 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐞ñ𝐚𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚. The proprietor's presence added a layer of practical scrutiny, allowing the class to validate their theories against actual business operations and industry realities.

To determine the most effective and best strategic path for Fiesta Philippines, each group presented a rigorous set of analytical results, including the SWOT/TOWS Strategy, Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SPACE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix, BCG Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). This data-driven approach ensured the recommended ideas and strategies were grounded in quantitative analysis. Throughout the defense, the students displayed remarkable poise and critical thinking, effectively bridging the gap between classroom theory and industry application. As the showdown concluded, the event highlighted not just the students' grasp of complex management theories, but their readiness to tackle real business challenges with creativity, precision, and strategic agility.
