Please be informed that today, August 5, 2026, is the last day of enrolment with fine for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.

Students who have not yet completed their enrolment are strongly encouraged to do so within the day to avoid further inconvenience.

GRADUATE SCHOOL ENROLLMENT REMINDER

Attention, Graduate Students!

To ensure the timely processing of your subject enlistment for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027, please confirm your enrollment on or before July 31, 2026.

Important Reminders:

*Failure to confirm your enrollment by the deadline may result in your subject enlistment not being processed.

*Students are advised not to select or enlist their own subjects in the system. The Graduate School Office will be responsible for the enlistment of subjects upon confirmation of your enrollment.

We encourage all students to complete their enrollment confirmation as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Click Pay Now, then select West Visayas State University – Main Campus.
3. Choose your transaction type, then click Continue.
4. Fill out the details and select your payment mode (e.g., LandBank, e-wallets, or over-the-counter options). If paying with a LANDBANK/OFBank Debit ATM Account, enter your 10-digit Account Number.
5. Complete the Captcha and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue.

Congratulations to the following Second Batch of applicants who have successfully passed the preliminary screening and are qualified to take the Admission Examination and Interview for the Master in Hospitality Management (MHM) and Master in Business Management (MBM) programs.

Date: July 18, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM
Venue: Recto Building (CBM Building), Room RB 4

Please bring your own pen.

Reminders:

*Pay the Php 300.00 admission fee on or before July 18, 2026 and submit a copy of your payment receipt to the CBM Office. (Disregard if already paid.)
*Applicants with incomplete requirements must submit the remaining documents on the examination date.
*The interview will be conducted immediately after the admission examination.
