The Basic Education Department of JBLFMU-Molo held its annual Acquaintance Party 2026 on June 10 at the university gym.

With the theme “Rhythm at Sea: When Dancing Waves Collide, New Collections Rise Stronger than Tide,” the event gathered students for a day of fun, teamwork, and friendship. The program featured team introductions, interactive games, team-building activities, and a community dance that brought everyone together.

The activity also gave students a meaningful way to strengthen connections and continue the school year with energy, confidence, and unity.

With a compass of courage and an anchor of perseverance, I am fully geared up to conquer every challenge, absorb every drop of knowledge, and make this year absolutely legendary with my fellow Lacsonians.

JBLFMU-Molo proudly congratulates the Tech-Voc trainees who successfully passed the selection of Sea Workforce Manila Corporation (Cyprus Sea Lines Corporation) as Messmen on board vessels manned by the shipping company.

This achievement marks an important step in their journey toward the maritime profession. Through their hard work, discipline, and commitment, they have shown their readiness to take on opportunities that will further develop their skills and character as future seafarers.

JBLFMU-Molo also extends its sincere appreciation to Sea Workforce Manila Corporation for its continued trust and confidence in the University and in the competence of our Tech-Voc trainees.

May our passers continue to carry the Lacsonian values of Excellence, Integrity, and Discipline as they begin this new chapter of service on board.
