A heartfelt thank you to our inspiring speaker, Kimberly Suel, Chapter Youth Council President of the Red Cross Youth, for sharing her meaningful talk on Healing the Earth, Healing Ourselves: The Connection Between Environmental Sustainability and Mental Health.

Through her engaging discussion, participants discovered how caring for our environment also nurtures our well-being. Every small action—planting a tree, reducing waste, conserving resources, and protecting nature—creates a healthier community and a healthier mind.

The Western Visayas Medical Center will be hosting a blood donation drive this Monday, July 13 from 8AM to 3PM at the JBL Hall.

Makiisa sa Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) ngayong Huwebes, Hunyo 18, 2026!

8:00 AM - Simula ng programa para sa Ceremonial Pressing of the Button.

9:00 AM - Ceremonial Pressing at pagpapatunog ng sirena bilang signal para sa sabay-sabay na Duck, Cover, and Hold!

Bilang bahagi ng NSED, magsasagawa rin ang mga opisyal at kinatawan ng iba't ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan ng isang tabletop exercise. Layunin nitong suriin at isailalim sa simulation ang mga nakalatag na plano para sa pagtugon sa isang Magnitude 7.2 na lindol dulot ng paggalaw ng West Valley Fault.

Patuloy na hinihikayat ang bawat isa na maging aktibong kalahok sa mga gawaing nagsusulong ng kahandaan, hindi lamang laban sa lindol, kundi sa lahat ng uri ng panganib at sakuna.
