In line with the concerns and inquiries regarding 𝗛𝗞 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, please be informed that PUISC has formally raised and endorsed this concern to the Center for Student Development and Leadership. As of the update provided to us, CSDL continues to 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗜𝗦. This involves carefully verifying records to ensure that all eligible students receive proper recognition for their scholarship.

The PHINMA University of Iloilo – College of Maritime Education, with the Local Council and Midshipmen Naval Corps , proudly took part in 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐒𝐭𝐨. 𝐍𝐢ñ𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐫, 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐨, 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Guided by the theme “Clean Seas Against the Climate Crisis,” the students showcased unity, service, and responsibility as future maritime professionals by collecting waste, raising awareness, and reaffirming their commitment to protect the oceans—their second home.

This meaningful initiative reinforced the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership that define maritime education. It reminded everyone that every small action—whether picking up a piece of trash or spreading awareness—contributes to a greater impact in the fight against climate change.

As future maritime professionals, the students of PHINMA UI – College of Maritime Education stand firm in their pledge: “Bilang mga Marino ng Bayan, tagapangalaga ng karagatan—tungo sa mas malinis na kinabukasan!” 🌊🌱
