𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦| 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣
The Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) College of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully conducted a Medical Mission for the residents of Barangay Alapasco, Batad, Iloilo on May 29, 2026, as one of the significant community outreach activities under the 2026 Alapasco Summer Festival with the theme, “Tubig, Kabuhi Ko!”
The initiative aimed to provide accessible medical services to community members, particularly those who have limited opportunities to undergo regular health assessments. Through this activity, residents were able to avail themselves of free medical consultations, health screenings, and professional healthcare advice.
The success of the medical mission was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the healthcare professionals from Jesus Colmenares District Hospital, namely Ms. Maia Allana Ross D. Sumile, Mr. Ian Dominic B. Salas, Ms. Joy Sarrosa, Dr. Lea Villaruel Basadre, MD, MPH, Dr. Richard A. Azuela, and Ms. Camille Joy M. Vilonero, R.M.
Through partnerships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders, the department continues to uphold its mission of creating a positive and lasting impact on the communities it serves.

Time: 8:00 AM
Venue: NISU West Campus, Engineering Building, 2nd Floor
Arrival Time: Applicants must be at the venue by 8:00 AM (exactly 1 hour before the schedule) for verification, seat assignments, and the final briefing. Exam will start at 9:00am.
Please dress appropriately for a university examination. The security and proctors will strictly deny entry to anyone wearing:
❌ Slippers
❌ Sando / Sleeveless shirts
❌ Shorts
Recommended Attire: Decent and comfortable clothing, such as a polo shirt, a t-shirt with sleeves, long pants/jeans, and closed shoes.
Please wear your ID upon entering the campus.
Required Documents & Materials:
Please bring the photocopies of the following documents. Ensure everything is complete to avoid disqualification from the exam:
Report Card Photocopy (The General Weighted Average must be 88 and above).
Identification Card (ID) Photocopy
NSO / PSA Live Birth Certificate Photocopy

Writing Materials: Bring your own Pencil and Ballpen (borrowing will not be permitted during the examination).
