In a significant show of trust and confidence, Dr. Ricardo J. Paborada Jr., Dean of the College of Business, Management and Sustainable Development, was elected as the new President of the Federated Teachers and Employees Association (FedTEA) for AY 2026-2027 to AY 2027-2028.

The election took place during the FedTEA General Assembly held today at ISUFST Dumangas Campus, a victory that not only brings pride to the entire Di**le Campus and CBMSD family but also signals a new chapter of unified, compassionate, and forward-looking leadership for all faculty and employees across the ISUFST System.

Student leaders from the College of Business, Management and Sustainable Development (CBMSD) are now taking part in PANUGOD 2026, the university-wide leadership training for student leaders and campus journalists, happening September 24-26, 2026 at ISUFST Dumangas Campus.

This gathering brings together young leaders from across the ISUFST System to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their commitment to servant leadership. For CBMSD, the participation of seven delegates shows the college’s active role in shaping leaders who do not just lead within their college, but for the whole university.

PANUGOD is more than a training — it is a formation of hearts and minds. Our delegates will be exposed to sessions on leadership, ethics, and community engagement, all designed to transform them into more grounded and proactive leaders.

A quick fun shot brought smiles and good vibes to the CBMSD Student Council (CBMSD SC) Media Team today as its members gathered in preparation for something exciting ahead.

More than just a casual photo opportunity, the moment gave the team a chance to relax, connect, and strengthen the bond that keeps them working together. Behind every camera click and shared laugh was a growing sense of teamwork and camaraderie—reminding everyone that great content begins with people who enjoy creating and working together.

As the CBMSD SC Media Team prepares to take on greater responsibilities, this simple yet meaningful moment marked the beginning of another exciting chapter for the team. Their shared enthusiasm and growing connection will be valuable as they produce engaging, creative, and meaningful content for the CBMSD community.

With bigger responsibilities come bigger opportunities to tell stories, capture memories, and give students a platform where their experiences and achievements can be seen and celebrated.

The College of Business, Management, and Sustainable Development (CBMSD) conducted a Parents’ Dialogue this afternoon at the Conference Room, 2nd Floor of the Administration Building, as part of its International Internship Program for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The activity brought together parents and guardians of the first batch of students who are set to embark on their international internship journey, tentatively scheduled for October 2026. The dialogue provided an important venue for parents to gain a clearer understanding of the program, particularly the preparations and requirements that students need to accomplish before their departure.

More than an orientation, the dialogue served as a meaningful bridge between the College, the students, and their families, recognizing the important role of parents and guardians in supporting students as they take this significant step beyond the country. Through open discussion and the sharing of essential pre-departure information, the activity helped address concerns, strengthen confidence, and foster a sense of shared responsibility for the students’ safety, readiness, and success.

With the guidance and support of CBMSD and their families, the pioneering batch of international interns is being prepared not only to gain valuable global work experience but also to represent the College and the University with competence, professionalism, and pride.
