The runway came alive during the Matinee segment of Tecnetomia: Fashion Update 2026 — a remarkable showcase of research-driven collections transformed into runway-ready masterpieces on May 12, 2026.

Every ensemble embodied creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation as student designers translated concepts into bold silhouettes, meaningful details, and contemporary expression.

More than a fashion presentation, the runway became a celebration of passion, artistry, and sustainability in motion where ideas evolved into designs, and designs inspired innovation.

HAPPENING NOW | A Celebration Of Innovation and Technopreneurship

The Association of Lifestyle Technopreneurship (ALT) is currently commencing a Culminating Showcase of passion and a celebration of creativity, innovation, talent, and dedication.

The program gathered students as they translated their skills and talents into innovative outputs, meaningful ideas, and inspiring presentations that reflect their hard work, determination, and entrepreneurial mindset.

This showcase serves as a platform for young technopreneurs to express their creativity, embrace innovation, and turn passion into purpose.

LOOK |BSHM Students Bring Dine with Elegance to Life.

‎The CIT Hospitality Management students showcased the elegance and discipline of the industry through their fine dining event entitled "Dine With Grace: A Celebration of Etiquette and Style," held at the ISAT-U La Paz Multipurpose Hall.
‎
‎ The venue featured carefully arranged tables, atmospheric music, and a formal ambience that set the tone for the evening. First-year attendees were served a multi-course meal, each dish prepared by third-year Cruise Ship service students, reflecting the program's emphasis on skill and creativity in the kitchen.

‎Meanwhile, third-year Cruise Ship Services students delivered composed and elegant service while maintaining a speed and precision throughout the event. Dressed in formal attire and masked with an aura of mystique for the masquerade theme, the first-year students went beyond dining and entered a world of presentation, refined etiquette, and professionalism.

Handurawon Turismo: Pista sa Nayon Celebrates Culture and Community

Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) brought together students and visitors in a lively celebration of Filipino culture and traditions on April 22–23, 2025.

With the theme “Handurawon Turismo: Pista sa Nayon,” the event showcased the essence of a traditional “nayon” through colorful decorations, cultural elements, and engaging activities.

One of the highlights was the Laro ng Lahi, where participants enjoyed classic Filipino games that promoted teamwork and camaraderie. Adding to the excitement was the Dancing Flight Attendant, where participants impressed the crowd with creative and lively performances inspired by cabin crew routines. Another crowd favorite was the Got Game Runway, featuring the stylish pieces of the Got Game clothing brand, as models confidently showcased fashion with attitude and flair.

Overall, the event emphasized that tourism is not just about destinations, but also about preserving culture and building connections within the community.

Labor Day, celebrated on May 1, is an international tribute to the workers who form the backbone of society. It recognizes the enduring efforts of laborers who continue to fight for fair treatment, dignity, and recognition. As an institution shaped by industry and hard work, CIT stands in solidarity with this celebration, honoring the value of labor in nation-building. Despite progress, the struggle for workers’ rights persists, and through guiding principles like “Labor is Honor,” institutions such as ISAT-U continue to uphold and advance the cause of recognizing the true worth of every worker.
