This National Indigenous Peoples Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and rich traditions of our Indigenous communities โ€” the true guardians of our land and heritage.

For centuries, they have woven stories into fabric, carved history into wood, and preserved wisdom passed down through generations. Their culture is not merely a memory of the past, but a living legacy that continues to shape who we are as Filipinos.

May this month remind us to listen to their voices, respect their rights, and protect the culture they have fought so hard to keep alive.

Mabuhay ang Katutubong Pilipino!

Every September 29, the Church celebrates three of the most powerful intercessors in heaven - not saints who were human, but angels who stand before God.

Michael, the protector of the Church. Gabriel, who announced the coming of Christ. Raphael, the companion of travelers and healer of the sick.
Their names are not just names - they are missions. And today, their mission continues for us.

May we learn from Michael to be brave, from Gabriel to listen, and from Raphael to trust in God's healing.

As this month ends near, we remember the people who fought strong against their unseen battles, shows up bloomed but coming home wilted, and the silence that hides a weight on their shoulders.

May you be reminded that you are not alone โ€“ you are seen, heard, felt, and loved.

You matter, more than you think.
