REGISTRATION FOR ONSITE PAYEES | PLAI Congress 2025 and General Assembly

Planning to pay onsite at the upcoming PLAI Congress 2025? Here’s what you need to do!

Step 1: Fill up the Registration Form
Complete the online registration form in advance.

Step 2: Attach Supporting Document
Upload a photo of any of the following:
• Approved letter from your office
• Official travel order
• Written intent to pay onsite

Step 3: During the Actual Congress
📍 Proceed to your Regional Counter
💵 Pay at the designated payment area
🎟️ Claim your Congress Kit and ID (if pre-registered online)
🖊️ Sign the Claiming Form

📌 Important Reminders:
• Register online early even if you plan to pay onsite to ensure a smooth claiming process and avoid long lines.
• All participants, whether pre-registered or onsite payees, must claim their kit and ID at their regional counter.
